Bit of a busy day and didn’t manage any breakfast and had 2 chicken breasts for lunch, forgot to take a photo..d’oh
Good point was that I spent 4 hours lifting and setting up desks for 24 people do I’m forgoing the 40 minute treadmill session
still did the 25 press ups – it’s for a great cause X
Dinner was pork fillets with courgettes and fried cabbage
Blood sugar down to 6.1 not such a shit day after all!
