Had the Monday blues today but cracked on with it and now I feel good!

Breakfast – Omelette, again! This time with cheese, onion and sliced hot dog 

Lunch – a weird salad from raw cabbage, prawns and cheese with mayonnaise – don’t ask….

 

Dinner – This was better, chicken breast, avocado all covered with a pumpkin stir fry – lush

Now for the boring bits – Exercise was 40 minutes on treadmill and 25 press ups..

 

Blood Sugar down to 6.9 two hours after eating!
