Breakfast – 3 egg omelette with sliced hot dog

Lunch – Avocado on it’s own


Dinner – Roast chicken Thigh with a stack of Pancetta and shredded cabbage and egg and garlic



Exercise – 40 minutes treadmill and 25 press ups



Blood Sugar – not great 8.6 hope this starts to become more regular
